Schedule of Events

Breakfast from 8:00 am -9:00 am and lunch from 11:30 am-12:30 pm will be served daily at the clubhouse Tuesday through Sunday.

Monday Oct. 19

4:00 - 7:00 pm Registration at the clubhouse

6:00 - 7:00 pm Complimentary Welcome Aboard party.

We've reserved a room at at a local restaurant if you want to gather there for supper afterwards.

Tuesday Oct. 20

9:00 - 11:00 am Registration at the clubhouse

10:00 am New rules seminar at the clubhouse

11:00 am Skippers Meeting at the clubhouse

1:30 pm 1^st Warning for US Masters race 1. 2^nd race to follow

6:30 pm Dinner at the club followed by SNIPE HISTORY BINGO

Wednesday Oct. 21

10:00 - 11:00 am Wooden Boat Rally Get Together

1:30 pm 1^st Warning for US Masters race, next race to follow

6:30 pm Southern Country supper at the Davis' barn with Washtub John band.

Thursday Oct. 22

9:00 – 11:00 am Wooden Boat Symposium

1:30 pm 1^st Warning for US Masters race, next race to follow

6:30 pm Dinner / trophies at the club (Dress as you did in high school)>

Friday Oct 23

All day Wooden boat show

2:00 – 5:00 pm On the water clinic by Greg Fisher

5:00 – 9:00 pm Halloween Registration open

6:00-8:00 pm Dinner at the club

7:00-8:00 pm Kid’s costume party followed by trick or treating

8:00-9:00 pm Complimentary racing clinic

Saturday Oct. 24

8:00-11:00 am Halloween Registration at the clubhouse

9:00 am Junior race competitor’s meeting at the pavilion

9:30 am 1^st Warning for the Junior Races

11:30 am Competitor’s Meeting Halloween at the pavilion

1:30 pm 1^st Warning for Race 1 with second race to follow

6:00 pm Hot Buttered Rum & hors d’oeuvres beside the clubhouse

6:30 pm District IV meeting at the clubhouse

6:30 pm Children’s dinner in the clubhouse

7 pm until… Dinner, dancing & costume contest

Sunday Oct 25

10:00 am 1^st Warning for 3^rd race

12:30 pm Lunch at the clubhouse with awards to follow
